Terms of Service | Presso Network Limited
Welcome to Presso Network Limited.
Presso Network Ltd builds and operates Presso Events, a self-serve event platform for professional B2B organisers: ticketing on Stripe Connect together with a browser-based attendee app that needs no download. One account, one dashboard, one fee.
These are Presso Network Ltd’s company-wide terms. Product terms for Presso Events are published at presso.events/terms (opens in a new tab) and govern that product where the two differ.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Presso Network Ltd. (“Presso”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your use of any Presso service.
By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Section 9 includes a binding arbitration provision and class action waiver. Please review it carefully.
1. The Presso Service
1.1 What You’re Using
Presso Events is one product. Ticketing and the browser-based attendee app are parts of it, not separate services you buy, and the attendee app needs no download.
You use Presso as an organiser. The dashboard at your account is where setup, content management, and ongoing operations happen. We provide platform maintenance, security, and email support; we do not provide bespoke build services as part of standard usage.
1.2 Who This Is For
These Terms apply to any individual or organisation that registers an account at pressonetwork.com or a Presso-operated domain and uses Presso Events. Presso is built for in-person business event organisers: conferences, summits, networking events, brand experiences, corporate and association events. We do not target festivals, club events, or consumer ticketing.
2. Pricing & Scope of Service
2.1 Fees
One fee.
| What | Fee | How collected |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | A flat 1% of ticket sales | Stripe application fee, taken per transaction. No subscription. |
There is no charge for Presso Events itself. The 1% is what we take to facilitate payments, keep the platform running and manage the mechanics of selling tickets properly. It is VAT-inclusive.
No per-attendee charge, no per-day charge, no setup fee, no monthly minimum, no contract. The same 1% applies whether or not the attendee app is enabled, because the app is part of the product rather than an add-on.
2.2 Ticket Payment Processing
Ticket payments are processed through your own connected Stripe account. Stripe charges its own processing fees (set by Stripe) in addition to Presso’s 1% platform fee. Stripe’s fees pass directly through to your event’s revenue net and are outside Presso’s control. Ticket funds settle to you via Stripe; Presso does not hold your ticket revenue.
2.3 Ownership
You own your event content, and your attendee and customer data. Presso retains operational access necessary to maintain, secure, and support the platform.
3. Platform Use and Access
3.1 Your Licence
Presso grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the platform and any Presso-built components made available to your account for the purpose of running your own events.
You may not:
- Sub-license, resell, or redistribute the platform
- Modify Presso’s core infrastructure or design components
- Remove service attribution or backend tracking required for support and metering
3.2 Self-Service Dashboard
Presso is a self-serve product. Account holders configure events, set ticket types, manage attendees, and publish content through the dashboard. Presso operates the underlying platform (hosting, security, payment integration and the event app runtime) and provides email support during UK business hours.
4. No Subscription
Presso Events has no subscription, no recurring fee and no minimum term. The only charge is the 1% platform fee, taken per transaction at the point a ticket is sold, so nothing is owed when nothing is selling.
There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. You can stop using Presso at any time; fees already collected on completed ticket sales remain payable. See the Pricing & Payment Policy for refund detail.
5. Termination
Presso may terminate or suspend your account if:
- Payment is not received on agreed terms (subscription default after standard retry period)
- You violate these Terms or misuse the platform
- Your brand or behaviour poses reputational or legal risk to Presso, its other organisers, or attendees
You may close your account at any time via the dashboard. Closure cancels active subscriptions, ends future billing, and removes your data per Section 6 below within a reasonable period.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Presso is compliant with UK GDPR and EU GDPR. We collect, process, and store data exclusively for the purposes of:
- Operating and maintaining your account and events
- Delivering ticketing, attendee experiences, and metering
- Improving platform performance and reliability
You retain ownership of all attendee and customer data. Presso acts as a Data Processor under GDPR; you, as the event organiser, remain the Data Controller for your event’s attendees.
We do not sell or exploit your data. You can request export or deletion at any time. See our GDPR policy for the full data-subject rights detail.
7. Copyright, IP, and Brand Integrity
All designs, frameworks, copy, code, and configurations created by Presso for the platform remain the intellectual property of Presso Network Ltd.
You retain full ownership of your own brand assets, event content, and any content you upload. You are granted full commercial usage rights for the live platform as part of your active subscription. You may not replicate, resell, or transfer our systems or IP to third parties.
We reserve the right to reference your event publicly as a Presso customer (without disclosing commercial detail) unless you opt out in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Presso is not liable for:
- Loss of profits or indirect damages
- Disruption caused by third-party hosting, payment, or domain providers
- Errors in content supplied by you
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to Presso in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of England and Wales. You waive rights to class action or jury trials. Claims must be brought individually and within one year of the incident.
10. General Terms
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
- No waiver of rights shall be valid unless in writing
- These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and Presso
