Welcome to Presso Network Limited.
Presso builds prestige-grade, fully custom event platforms for elite brands. By invitation only, we commission and maintain a maximum of 10 platforms per year — handcrafted by our internal team, obsessively elegant, and forever managed on your behalf.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Presso Network Ltd. (“Presso”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your use of any Presso-built platform, application, or service.
By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Section 9 includes a binding arbitration provision and class action waiver. Please review it carefully.
1. The Presso Service
1.1 What You’re Commissioning
Presso provides a bespoke, fully managed event platform — including:
- Custom platform design, UX, copywriting, and build
- Fully integrated ticketing, CRM, and SEO infrastructure
- On-domain hosting (your domain, your brand, your data)
- Attendee app and automated communications
- Ongoing white-glove maintenance and support
You do not subscribe to Presso. You commission it. The final product is a custom-built, fully hosted platform that you own and we maintain.
1.2 Who This Is For
These Terms apply to individuals or organisations who have:
- Been approved through our application process;
- Commissioned a build for the current calendar year;
- Received access to a custom Presso platform and its associated services.
We work exclusively with in-person business event organisers — including conferences, summits, brand experiences, and internal events — whose operations demand exceptional digital execution.
2. Pricing & Scope of Service
2.1 Annual Fee
Presso’s standard commission is £12,000/year, inclusive of:
- Full build and launch of your bespoke event platform
- All integrations, copy, strategy, and setup
- Hosting, SSL, and white-glove maintenance
- Unlimited ticketed events
- On-domain SEO and CRM automations
- Attendee web app with smart QR check-in
Optional upgrades — including custom app modules and deeper API integrations — are available at additional cost, scoped on request.
2.2 Ticketing Fees
Presso integrates native ticketing on your domain. Transaction fees are:
2.5% + £0.20 per ticket sold
Collected at source via our Stripe integration. No monthly costs. No hidden charges.
2.3 Ownership
You own your platform, domain, content, data, and SEO value. Presso maintains full access and management rights for ongoing support and service delivery.
3. Platform Use and Access
3.1 Your Licence
Presso grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to use and operate the platform we’ve built for you, exclusively for your event(s) and business use.
You may not:
- Sub-license, resell, or redistribute the platform
- Modify core infrastructure or design elements without our approval
- Remove service attribution or backend tracking required for support
3.2 Managed Service Model
You are not expected to use a CMS. Presso is fully managed — updates, content changes, ticket launches, and optimisations are all handled by our internal team.
We do not provide login-based admin tools or third-party dashboards. This is intentional — the platform is designed to be invisible, frictionless, and operated by us.
4. Term and Renewal
4.1 Term of Service
Your agreement begins on acceptance of your commission and remains in effect for 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Renewal
Presso platforms may be renewed annually, subject to application review. Renewal is not automatic and must be approved to ensure continued alignment with our standards.
5. Termination
Presso may terminate your agreement if:
- Payment is not received on agreed terms
- You violate these Terms or misuse the platform
- Your brand or behaviour poses reputational or legal risk
You may terminate the service at any time, but no refunds will be issued for remaining months unless agreed otherwise.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Presso is fully compliant with UK GDPR and data protection law. We collect, process, and store data exclusively for the purposes of:
- Operating and maintaining your platform
- Delivering ticketing and attendee experiences
- Improving platform performance and usability
You retain ownership of all attendee and customer data. Presso acts as a Data Processor under GDPR, and you remain the Data Controller.
We do not share, sell, or exploit your data. You can request deletion or data exports at any time.
7. Copyright, IP, and Brand Integrity
All designs, frameworks, copy, code, and configurations created by Presso remain the intellectual property of Presso Network Ltd.
You are granted full commercial usage rights for the live platform. You may not replicate, resell, or transfer our systems or IP to third parties.
We reserve the right to showcase your platform as part of our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Presso is not liable for:
- Loss of profits or indirect damages
- Disruption caused by third-party hosting or payment processors
- Errors in content supplied by you
Our total liability is limited to the annual fee paid for the current term of service.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under UK law. You waive rights to class action or jury trials. Claims must be brought individually and within one year of the incident.
10. General Terms
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
- No waiver of rights shall be valid unless in writing
- These Terms supersede all prior agreements
