We do not sell personal or non-personal data under any circumstances.

- From Public Business Sources – Business registries and directories
- Automatically – Through anonymised analytics on website and platform usage
Cookies & Analytics
Presso does not use cookies.
We use Fathom Analytics to gather privacy-first, anonymised insights into how our websites and platforms are used. This means:
- No personal tracking
- No cookies or data stored in your browser
- No advertising identifiers
- No profiling, ever
Data Retention
We retain data based on role and relevance:
- Visitors – No personal data retained
- Applicants & Prospective Clients – 12 months from last meaningful interaction
- Clients – For 6 years after your last active contract, for legal and financial compliance
- Suppliers – 6 years post-contract
- Newsletter Subscribers – Until consent is withdrawn
- Platform Users (on client builds) – Managed entirely by the platform owner (our client). Presso does not retain or store this data unless contractually required to support delivery.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not disclose personal data, unless:
- Required for secure delivery of your service (e.g. with our hosting or design partners)
- Required by law (e.g. court order, subpoena)
- In rare, urgent situations (e.g. risk to public safety)

Presso is built around secure, compliant infrastructure and discreet delivery.
- Hosting – All platforms hosted in ISO 27001 certified data centres in the EU
- Encryption – All data encrypted in transit and at rest
- Access – Role-based, minimal access by internal staff only
- Disposal – Secure digital erasure. Paper-free operations.
- Design – Privacy by design across all systems and services
International Transfers
Some tools used by our internal delivery team (e.g. Google, Calendly, Hubspot) may process data outside the EEA. All such providers are vetted for GDPR compliance and use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Breach Notification
If any data breach occurs, we will:
- Notify affected individuals without delay
- Report to the ICO within 72 hours where applicable
- Review and update our processes to prevent recurrence
