Built for Organisers. Not Overhead.
Presso was created for event leaders who demand more — more control, more elegance, more ownership. We’re not a SaaS company. We’re a digital event department, built from scratch to serve the rare few who care as much about experience as they do about outcomes. No dashboards. No compromises. Just powerful platforms, handcrafted by a team who knows what it means to deliver under pressure — and make it look effortless.
We don’t sell software. We build platforms for serious organisers.
At Presso, our mission is simple: elevate the digital experience of events — quietly, beautifully, and completely. We exist to serve the organisers who care deeply about how things feel, not just how they function.
We don’t chase scale. We don’t build for everyone. We build for the few who understand that flawless execution isn’t luck — it’s engineered. Our job is to make your event look and feel effortless. Because when everything just works, your audience doesn’t just attend — they remember.
We’ve structured Presso around that idea: no investors, no pressure, no churn. Just a small, self-owned team working with total focus on a handful of builds each year. Every platform we create is tailored, refined, and obsessively managed — long after launch.
This is infrastructure as craft. Service as standard. Technology as legacy. If you believe your event deserves a platform that reflects your standards — you’re exactly who we built Presso for.

The Team Behind Presso
One Mission. Zero Compromise.
When you work with Presso, you’re not buying software — you’re commissioning a craft. Every decision, every detail, every deliverable comes directly from the same person: the one who designed it, built it, and will stand behind it for years to come. No account managers. No handovers. Just deep partnership, and serious results.
Presso wasn’t formed in a boardroom. It was forged in the frustration of real-world events — where organisers juggle six tools, attendees get lost in clunky apps, and everyone pays for it in time, trust, and ticket fees. I didn’t set out to launch a tech company. I set out to make things better.
The first version of Presso wasn’t a product. It was a solution to my own problem — a simple networking tool I built after yet another underwhelming event experience. It wasn’t long before organisers started asking for more. So I kept building.
What followed was a complete rebuild of the event stack. Not just better ticketing. Not just smarter sites. But a single, seamless system — branded, browser-based, and obsessively managed from day one. No dashboards. No setup. No templates. Just beautifully crafted infrastructure, designed to work as if you had an in-house team of ten.
Today, Presso is still just me. And that’s exactly how I like it. Every platform I deliver is personally designed, built, and supported by me — not handed off to a team you’ll never meet. Because when you commission something this important, it should feel like it’s made for you. By someone who actually cares.

The Team
-
Kristian Papadakis
Founder & CEO
I do everything — by choice. I design the interfaces. Write the copy. Build the logic. Guide the strategy. And stay on call before, during, and after your events. Because I believe that great software should feel like a tailored suit: effortless, elegant, and made just for you.
Partners
Backed by Brains, Not Boardrooms
Presso isn’t built in isolation — but it’s not shaped by suits either. We’re proudly independent, but guided by a select circle of advisors: sharp minds who know events, tech, and high-stakes execution inside out. No fluff. No committees. Just real expertise, from people who’ve done the work and still do. They challenge our thinking, refine our process, and help ensure every decision we make is built to last.

Careers
Built Slowly. Grown Deliberately.
Presso isn’t hiring in the traditional sense. We’re not filling seats — we’re building legacy. If and when the right person comes along, we make space. Until then, we stay small, focused, and fiercely committed to craft. If you believe in beautiful code, thoughtful design, and serving organisers like royalty — we should talk.
Open positions
Sorry, No Seats at the Table (For Now).
We’re a small team by design — and at the moment, every role is filled. But exceptional talent always finds a way in. If you believe you can elevate what we do, send us a quiet introduction. We’re not expanding yet, but we’re always watching for the right next collaborator.
