Pricing, Payment & Earnings Disclaimer Policy

Presso Network

Welcome to Presso Network Limited.

1. What Presso Is

Presso Network Ltd. ("Presso", "we", "us", "our") is a self-serve event platform. Organisers sign up online, build their event in our dashboard, and run ticketing, attendee experience, and on-domain branding from one account. We are a B2B SaaS, not a managed service.

What you're signing up for:

  • A self-serve event platform covering ticketing, an attendee event app, and an optional own-domain layer.
  • Dashboard access for setup, content, and ongoing event management.
  • Email-based support during UK business hours.
  • Ongoing updates and platform maintenance handled by Presso.

You are using Presso as a subscriber. You are not commissioning bespoke work.

2. Ownership & Earnings Disclaimer

When you use Presso to run events, you own:

  • Your domain (where you've connected one)
  • Your attendee and customer data
  • Your event content (copy, images, branding)
  • Your SEO equity on any Presso-hosted page that uses your domain

We deliver the infrastructure, design, and ongoing support to help your events run smoothly. Presso does not guarantee specific earnings, ticket sales, or business results. Performance depends on your event's market fit, demand, marketing, pricing, and economic conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment Structure

Three additive fees. Each is independent. No minimums, no tier discounts, no setup fees, no contract.

3.1 Presso Tickets — 1% of ticket sales

Charged as a Stripe Connect application fee on every paid ticket processed through your account. No charge until you sell a ticket. No monthly minimum. No card on file required to use Presso Tickets.

3.2 Presso Events — £1 per active attendee per event day

Charged via a Stripe Billing usage-based subscription, billed weekly in arrears. An "active attendee" is an attendee who opens the event in the Presso Events app on a given event day. No-shows are never charged. A "day" is any calendar date the event spans. Card on file required to enable Presso Events on your account.

3.3 Presso Pro — £49/month

Flat-rate monthly subscription billed via Stripe Billing. Presso Pro runs Presso Events on your own branded domain. Pro is an add-on to Presso Events — it cannot exist on its own. Card on file required to enable Presso Pro.

3.4 What's not charged

  • No setup fee
  • No monthly minimum (other than the £49 Pro subscription itself, where enabled)
  • No charge for events that don't sell tickets or that no attendee opens
  • No bundled-tier pricing

4. Ticket Sales & Payment Processing

  • Stripe Connect required: All ticket sales are processed via Stripe Connect. You must link or create a Stripe account during setup before you can sell tickets.
  • Payouts: Revenue is sent directly to you by Stripe under Stripe's own payout schedule. Presso does not hold funds, batch payouts, or interfere with timing.
  • Presso's fee: 1% of ticket sales, deducted automatically by Stripe Connect as an application fee at the time of sale.
  • Stripe's fees: Stripe charges its own processing fees (typically 1.5% + 20p per UK card transaction, with additional fees for international cards and currency conversion). These are Stripe's fees, set by Stripe, and pass directly to your event's revenue net.

Stripe may adjust its fees from time to time; the most current Stripe pricing is at stripe.com/gb/pricing.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel any Presso subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops all future charges.

5.1 Presso Tickets

There is no Tickets subscription to cancel. To stop selling, archive or unpublish the event in your dashboard. The 1% Stripe Connect application fee on tickets already sold is non-refundable from Presso, in line with Stripe's standard Connect fee policy.

5.2 Presso Events

You can cancel Presso Events at any time in your dashboard. The weekly meter charge for usage already accrued in the current billing cycle remains payable; no further usage will be metered after cancellation. We do not refund past metered usage.

5.3 Presso Pro

You can cancel Presso Pro at any time in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next monthly £49 charge. The current month's £49 is non-refundable.

5.4 Stripe processing fees

Stripe processing fees on refunded tickets follow Stripe's published refund-fee policy and are outside Presso's control.

Refund requests outside the above are reviewed case-by-case. Contact support@pressonetwork.com.

6. Platform Usage & Attendee Volume

There are no attendee limits and no credit systems. Run as many events as you like.

Variable fees only kick in when you use the platform:

  • Presso Tickets: 1% on tickets sold
  • Presso Events: £1 per active attendee per event day
  • Presso Pro: flat £49/month if enabled

7. Payout Responsibilities

Stripe handles all payment distribution directly to your bank account under your own Stripe Connect account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate banking and tax details to Stripe
  • Complying with Stripe's regional requirements (including identity verification)
  • Resolving payout issues directly with Stripe

Presso provides platform support, but we do not control Stripe timelines or payout policies.

8. No Earnings Guarantee

We provide the platform — not a promise of profit. By using Presso, you acknowledge:

  • Your ticket sales, ROI, and event results are your responsibility
  • Presso supports your ability to run and sell events, but does not create demand
  • We are not liable for losses due to low turnout, poor marketing, or event cancellations

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders and posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
