1. Commissioned, Not Subscribed
Presso Network Ltd. ("Presso", "we", "us", "our") delivers a fully bespoke, white-glove event platform, built and maintained for your brand. We do not operate as a traditional SaaS product. Instead, we provide a custom digital asset — fully owned by you, and handcrafted by us.
What you’re buying:
- A fully branded event platform.
- Built, hosted, and operated by our internal team.
- Lifetime white-glove maintenance and upgrades.
- Ticketing, attendee experience, CRM, SEO, and more — all included.
You are commissioning a digital experience, not subscribing to a tool.
2. Ownership & Earnings Disclaimer
When you commission a platform from Presso, you own:
- Your domain
- Your attendee data
- Your SEO equity
- Your event design and content
However, while we deliver the infrastructure, design, and ongoing strategic support to elevate your events, Presso does not guarantee specific earnings, ticket sales, or business results. Performance depends on your event's market fit, demand, marketing, pricing, and economic conditions.
3. Pricing & Payment Structure
Core Offer — £12,000/year
Includes:
- Full custom platform build
- Domain, hosting, SSL, security
- SEO, CRM, ticketing, app, content
- Ongoing updates, support, and maintenance
This is a commissioned digital property, not a subscription. The annual fee sustains white-glove service and continuous optimisation.
Optional Upgrades
- Custom mobile app interface
- Deeper CRM integrations
- Multi-platform ticketing sync
Quoted upon request. All upgrade work is scoped and priced individually, with no recurring surprises.
4. Ticket Sales & Payment Processing Fees
- Stripe Required: All ticket sales are processed via Stripe Connect. You must link or create a Stripe account during setup.
- Payouts: Revenue is sent directly to you by Stripe. Presso does not hold funds or interfere with payouts.
- Fees: We charge a 2.5% + 20p per ticket sold to cover:
- Secure Stripe infrastructure
- Real-time fraud protection
- Transaction reliability
Stripe may charge additional fees based on geography or currency conversion, which are outside our control.
5. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Our offering is highly custom and manually delivered, so refunds are only available under very limited conditions.
5.1 Commission Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day risk-free commissioning period:
- If you're not satisfied within 30 days of payment or before your platform goes live (whichever comes first), you may request a full refund.
- After that point, refunds are not available as the custom work begins and your platform enters build or operational mode.
Refunds are not available for:
- Stripe processing fees
- Completed design or development work
- Cancelled events after launch
- Bonus service credits
All refund requests must be sent to support@pressonetwork.com and are processed within 10 business days.
6. Platform Usage & Attendee Volume
There are no attendee limits and no credit systems. You own your platform, and you’re free to use it for as many events or guests as you like. No caps. No surprise charges.
The only variable fee:
- 2.5% + 20p per ticket sold, automatically processed via Stripe.
7. Payout Responsibilities
Stripe handles all payment distribution directly to your bank account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate banking details
- Complying with Stripe’s regional requirements
- Resolving payout issues directly with Stripe
Presso provides platform support, but we do not control Stripe timelines or payout policies.
8. No Earnings Guarantee
We provide an elite platform — not a promise of profit. By commissioning a Presso platform, you acknowledge:
- Your ticket sales, ROI, and results are your responsibility
- Presso enhances your ability to perform, but does not create demand
- We are not liable for losses due to low turnout, poor marketing, or event cancellations
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product evolution or legal requirements. Any material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
