At Presso, we don’t run a SaaS product. We build and maintain handcrafted, white-glove event platforms — designed for elite, in-person business events.

Our Community Guidelines protect the integrity, trust, and prestige of the Presso experience across all touchpoints: ticketing, messaging, networking tools, private portals, and custom domains. Every organiser, attendee, sponsor, and partner plays a role in upholding this standard.

By using a Presso-built platform, you agree to follow these guidelines. Breaches may result in immediate suspension, removal of content, or permanent revocation of access.


1. Conduct Like a Leader

Presso is used by CMOs, COOs, and Event Directors — serious professionals running serious events. We expect communication to match that calibre.

  • Speak with clarity, courtesy, and executive-level professionalism.
  • Disagree constructively — no insults, trolling, or grandstanding.
  • Zero tolerance for hate speech, slurs, threats, or personal attacks.

2. No Noise, No Nuisance

Our event platforms are designed for frictionless, intentional engagement — not spam or ego-driven promotion.

  • Use networking tools to create value, not visibility.
  • Personalised outreach only — no cold blasts, irrelevant links, or AI-drafted spam.
  • Messaging is monitored. Repeat misuse will result in platform suspension.

3. Respect the Build

Presso platforms are meticulously crafted to represent each brand with elegance and accuracy. Maintain that standard in your event content.

  • Event details must be transparent, true, and up-to-date.
  • No fake scarcity, deceptive speaker lists, or bait-and-switch agendas.
  • Misuse of platform tools (e.g., fabricated testimonials, fake urgency) will be flagged.

4. Premium Integrity in Ticketing & Payments

Presso uses Stripe Connect and enforces ethical, compliant payment flows.

  • All sales must honour advertised pricing, inclusions, and refund policies.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent ticketing fees (2.5% + 20p) or payment processing.
  • Fraudulent listings or manipulation of financial flows = immediate ban.

5. You Own the Data — Use It Responsibly

One of Presso’s core promises is data ownership. But with ownership comes accountability.

  • Only collect attendee data you genuinely need.
  • Store it securely, use it sparingly, and never share or resell without consent.
  • No scraping, no phishing, no misuse of data pipelines. Ever.

6. Content Boundaries

This is not a platform for anything other than premium, professional event content.

Prohibited:

  • Anything illegal, abusive, or unsafe
  • Adult content, obscenity, or violent themes
  • Misleading financial claims, crypto schemes, or affiliate traps
  • Weapon, gambling, or pharma-related promotions

When in doubt: if it would embarrass your CEO or legal team, don’t post it.


7. Prestige Is Protected

Presso is application-only and maintains exclusivity by design. That means protecting community trust is non-negotiable.

  • Do not falsely report competitors or “game” the system.
  • If you witness misconduct, report it — don’t retaliate or escalate.
  • Presso will investigate all violations discreetly but decisively.

8. Consequences Without Drama

We’re here to protect our clients’ brand equity — not moderate endlessly.

Violations may result in:

  • Formal warnings
  • Temporary access suspensions
  • Permanent bans from the Presso ecosystem
  • Legal action in cases of fraud, defamation, or criminal misuse

Presso’s judgement is final. This is part of what makes it a high-trust, low-noise platform for professionals.


9. Evolving With Integrity

As Presso continues to serve a limited set of high-calibre event teams each year, these guidelines will evolve accordingly.

We’ll notify you of material changes via your account or email. Continued use of your Presso platform constitutes agreement to all updated policies.
