What is the Presso platform?

Presso is one platform with three services: Presso Tickets for low-fee ticketing on Stripe, Presso Events for a browser-based attendee app, and Presso Pro to put that app on your own domain. One account, one dashboard, one bill.

Do I have to use all three services?

No. Most organisers start with Presso Tickets alone. Presso Events and Presso Pro are there when you need them, not forced on you from day one.

How is the platform fee worked out across the three services?

Pure ticket sales are a flat 1% with no minimum. Turn on Presso Events and the fee becomes the higher of that 1% or £1 per active attendee per event day, never both. Presso Pro is a separate, additive £49 a month.

What's the difference between Presso Events and Presso Pro?

Presso Events is the browser-based event app itself - agenda, networking, updates, no app-store download. Presso Pro puts that same app on your own branded domain. Pro is an add-on and cannot exist without Presso Events.

Can I move between services without re-platforming?

Yes. Tickets, Events and Pro run on the same account and the same data. Turning one on, or off, is a setting, not a migration.
