Presso Network Limited ("Presso," "we," "us," or "our") operates a self-serve event platform for professional B2B event organisers. Our trademarks, creative assets, and proprietary technology are core to our brand identity. This Trademark and Copyright Policy outlines how our intellectual property may be used — and how we defend it.

Trademarks

The following names and marks are trademarks of Presso Network Limited:

  • Presso™
  • PEA™
  • Presso Events™
  • Presso Event App™
  • Progressive Event App™
  • Presso Progressive Event App™
  • The Presso™ logo and all related brand assets

These trademarks are core to our identity as the originator of the Progressive Event App category. They may not be used in any form without express written permission.

Trademark Applications

Presso Network has filed trademark protection for the following in the United Kingdom under Class 42:

  • Presso™
  • PEA™ (Progressive Event App)
  • Progressive Event App™

"Providing online, non-downloadable software for managing in-person networking events, conferences, and summits."

These filings protect the essence of our product — a browser-based, non-downloadable event platform for in-person business events.

About Class 42

Class 42 includes:

Design and development of software; commissioned writing for websites; creating and maintaining websites; SaaS services; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software platforms; and related consultancy and support.

Trademark Usage Guidelines

Presso's marks are protected assets. Misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorised replication is prohibited.

  • Do not use, imitate, or alter: any of our trademarks — including PEA™, Presso Events™, Presso Event App™, Progressive Event App™, or Presso Progressive Event App™ — without prior written approval.
  • No use in marketing, domains, or digital tools: unless explicitly licensed.
  • Permitted factual reference only: The phrase "Powered by Presso™" may be used factually if it does not imply partnership, endorsement, or co-branding.

All original creative assets — visual, textual, and technical — are protected by copyright and owned by Presso Network Limited unless stated otherwise. This includes:

  • UI/UX design
  • Custom code and platform logic
  • Content and marketing copy
  • Visual brand assets and site structure

Permitted Use:

  • Browsing, reading, and personal reference only — for non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Use:

  • Reproducing, modifying, reverse-engineering, rebranding, or commercially exploiting our designs, interfaces, or content in any form — including attempts to mimic or "white-label" the PEA™ experience.

PEA™ – Progressive Event App™

PEA™ refers to the Progressive Event App™ — a proprietary, browser-based event app developed by Presso Network Ltd. It is a Progressive Web Application: it loads in any modern browser, requires no app-store download, and is installable to the home screen.

It is not native. It is not downloadable from the App Store or Google Play. It is not a generic SaaS module — it is Presso's trademarked Progressive Event App category.

Organisers run their events on PEA™ via a self-serve Presso account. Custom-domain operation is available as an add-on (Presso Pro), where the app runs on the organiser's own branded domain while hosting, infrastructure, and platform maintenance remain operated by Presso.

The following are trademarked assets and protected by copyright:

  • Presso Progressive Event App™
  • Presso Event App™
  • Presso Events™
  • Progressive Event App™

These names may not be used, copied, or referenced without permission. They represent the signature of Presso's browser-based event app experience.

Open Source and Third-Party Licenses

Select technical components within the PEA™ platform use open-source libraries under their own licenses. These remain governed by their original terms and do not diminish Presso's ownership of the overarching platform.

Suspect unauthorised use of your own work on our platform — or of Presso's work elsewhere?

Your report must include:

  1. A description of the work or mark
  2. The URL or evidence of misuse
  3. Your contact details and legal authority
  4. A good-faith statement of belief
  5. A declaration of accuracy under law

Enforcement

Presso Network takes infringement seriously. We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or restrict access to infringing content
  • Suspend or permanently ban offending parties
  • Pursue legal remedies, including damages and injunctive relief

This applies to individuals, agencies, and corporations alike.
