Most of the work was already done, and the plan did not know

The migration plan described the destination as having no marketing surface, and scheduled
building one. A single curl found it already live: home, pricing, terms, privacy, help, and a
complete guide to the MCP.
That correction removed most of the migration. Five of the pages that were supposed to move only needed a redirect, because their destination already existed and was better than what would have been rebuilt.
This was the third time the same plan had overstated what was left. A written backlog records the
day it was written and then quietly ages, while the estate keeps moving underneath it. Verifying
with curl, ls or an endpoint call before scheduling work is a few seconds against days of
building something that exists.
