If you choose to work with us on a revenue share basis, it will require that you sell tickets via our provided service, read more about it below. Please understand that any estimates vary and guaranteed sales are not typical, we're not implying you'll definately sell out your conference if you use our service or duplicate them (or do anything for that matter), although we will do our outmost to ensure that you do as our success depends on it, especially if we work on a revenue share model, where there is a direct correlation between ticket solds and the money we earn. The average organiser who follows any 'how to' information gets little to no results, that is why we advice that you partner with us to improve your success rates. We're using these references for example purposes only. Your results may vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your background, experience, and work ethic - we make no guarantees whatsoever. All business entails risk as well as deliberate and consistent effort and action. If you're not willing to accept that, then we're not a great fit for you.
How does Presso revenue share model work?
If you choose to work with us on our revenue share model, which is something we only offer to a few selected organisers, you will get the full service we offer in a way that ensures we are both in it equally. For our revenue share model, we charge 10% of the ticket fee, but here is the licker, those 10% is all inclusive, which means we absorb all transactions and payment fees, hosting and maintenance fee's. This truly is an all inclusive service that we offer to a select few and some organisers simply just increase their ticket price to account for our revenue share agreement.
How much are Presso processing fee's?
At the moment we are so lucky that we can offer an all fee's included service of just 4.99% of the ticket cost in transaction fee. This, unlike many other providers, includes all processing fees, meaning there will be no nasty surprises and you will be paid into your designated account almost instantly, usually in less than an hours or two, but sometimes it can take up to about 24 hours, depending on the way your attendees pay.
How does Presso's Rocket Club Guarantee work?
This is our commitment to success. If we don't deliver what we promised, we will pay you back 110% of the money you spent with us. Typically these are reversed within 24 hours of your request to stop the collaboration. Our gaurantee starts the day we enter into an agreement of delivering our event solutions to your event and stops the day the event starts. Meaning, that after this point, we will ahve delivered everything we promised and therefor the option to get 110% of you money back falls away. If you're not happy at the results we deliver at your event, we will still offer you a refund of up to 100% of the money spent with us, as a sign of good will. The percentage will depend on how much work we put in, where we fell short and where we didn't meet your expecations. If that is the case, just speak to us at the event and tell us how we fell short and why you want you money back and we will process this accordingly, send you an offer and pay out the money within 24 hours of agreement.
How does Presso's Ultra Service work?
This is the pinnacle of our service and you won't find anything like it anywhere on the market. You will get unlimited events, changes to website, premium VIP support and all the other stuff you could think of in a top VIP concierge service. We will work dedicated with you throughout the contract to ensure you have the best online visibility, you have dedicated landing pages for all your events and a premium, all specs and features included for all your conferences and summit. This really is the top of what we offer, and only high-level event organisers should apply. This is a lot of work on our side to do weekly updates, apply all changes as the market changes and always do our outmost to keep you and you events at the top of Google. If you at any point no longer feel like the service is for you, we will repay you pro-rata + up to 50% on top for your troubles. To emphasise, if you buy a year, two or three, and at any point want to stop the collaboration, we will stop the payment in the month of contract you're in. If you paid upfront, we will refund you your remaining months pro-rata and if we fell short of expectations and didn't live up to the level of service you expected, we will refund up to 50% of the money spent with us.
What about the standard, premium and ad-hoc services?
Depending on how you paid for those services, up-front, installments or revenue share, we will of course refund you through the Rocket Club Guarantee above. Meaning that if you're not happy with the service before the event starts, we will refund you 110% of your money spent with us. If after this deadline, we will refund up to 100% of the money spent minus the expenses we incoured as a consequence of travelling to and from the event and costs for hosting, management and maintenance (costs we cannot recover).
